Wayne has been fully licensed since 1986. Prior to that time, he was working for both his father and the grandfather, whom are highly respected by their fellow peers and the real estate community. They are recognized senior appraisers by D.C., Maryland and Virginia License & Regulatory commissions. Coming from a family of certified appraisers, Wayne has accumulated tremendous amount of experience in the real estate field by assisting his father and grand father through out his early professional career. Right now, Wayne is currently a licensed C.R.A. (Certified Real Estate Appraiser) in D.C. and Maryland. He specializes in litigation, property sale, refinance on single family, multi-family, and land tract cases.
